Red flag when I drove into the carpark. There was a guy setup at a table and chairs in the carport beer in one hand smoke in the other supervising? kids on scooters running around the car park. Woken up 11.30 at night by one of the residents I think in the room above me singing nursery rhymes and other noises through an amplification. I wouldn't recommend staying there

Regarding your observation of an individual in our driveway with smoke in one hand and a beer in the other, I would like to clarify that we are a fully licensed venue, which allows for the consumption of alcohol both indoors and outdoors on our premises. Additionally, this individual was located in the designated smoking area, which is in accordance with our policies.We are also pleased to hear that the children riding their bikes were being appropriately supervised by an adult. As you may know, singing nursery rhymes can be a helpful way to soothe children to sleep, which is a wonderful approach.Once again, thank you for taking the time to review our property.Kind regards, Reservations

Pros -Check In was fast and easy. lots of parking Room Is set out nice. Room is aged but property is in a good loaction. Cons- Noted small cockroaches on the wall when first walked in so pest control needs attention. Night time entry on a dark street and only visible sign was half lit. Corridor/Hallway smelt like pet odors. In my opinion if the the above items where rectified I would give it a better rating.

Dear Jason. Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. We have recently just finished pest control a week ago. We are definitely on top of this situation. That is an excellent idea to have more lighting at the after hours entrance as our guests security is of the upmost importance. We do not have any pets in our hotel but maybe we need to have the hallways carpet cleaned, so thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. Have a wonderful day.

It appears that currently this Hotel is being used to house families on a longer term basis. The children of said families are allowed to run freely through the premises at all hours. They ride bikes and roller skate down the halls, bang on the piano and generally annoy other guests with squealing, playing tag and other child activities. If we had known this we never would have stayed here. The front desk was asked a number of times what they would do about it, and the response was a shrug of the shoulders. Totally unhappy customers here, and I would never stay again no matter the handiness of the location. The price charged is ridiculous given the conditions/circumstances.

Dear Robert,I am sorry to read your review and that the noise of the children were both irrritating as well as being loud. We can understand your disappointment. We thank you for being patience whilst our country navigates through this difficult cost of living period that we are in. We do house families until they find a rental. I have been away for 3 weeks therefore if I were here I would have put a stop to the childrens behaviour. I am both disappointed and sorry that you did not have a pleasant experience. We are working on controlling the noise level however we are also respectful to the families current condition as it is hard on them as well.
