hotel propre mais bruyant

les + : hôtel moderne, chambre de design et confortable, wifi illimité gratuit, accès à une terrasse très sympa, rapidité accès aéroport, personnel accessible. les - : très bruyant, pas très bien fréquenté (jeunes fêtards, parking payant) et logement très mal isolé, pas d'effort pour parler une autre langue que l'anglais.

Bel appartement quasi neuf

Appartement pas très grand mais bien conçu, tout à fait correct pour 4. Propreté très bien sauf lave linge et sèche linge pas très propres à l'intérieur, j'ai du les nettoyer avant utilisation. Appartement bien situé, 2 superettes à 5 mn à pied, un food court à 10 mn de marche et accès à la ville par le city cat très aisée. (Par contre City cat revient cher, le taxi est un meilleur rapport qualité prix à 4) Internet gratuit dans l'appartement. Accueil ferme à 19h, mais un système de coffre fort extérieur permet l'arrivée tardive. Très bon séjour. Si besoin on peut louer le parking dans la résidence pour AUD $ 25/jour. Nous avons choisi de nous garer à l'extérieur, on a trouvé des parkings gratuits de 17h à 8h du matin dans les rues proches.

The photos are different to the apartment you get which is false advertising, the place was dirty already and they keep your bond without any proof of “damage” said the carpert was stained so kept the bond but didn’t provide photos. Also you have to pay $15 if you want towels. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO STAY HERE.

Dear Sommer,Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry you did not enjoy your time with us. I understand on check in you did raise your concerns regarding the difference in the layout of the room compared to the photo on the Expedia Website. Unfortunately, we are not able to post photo's of every room within the building, I'm sure you can appreciate with the number of rooms in the building, this would result in quite an exhaustive, extensive compilation. Instead, all of the photos do represent each room accurately as having a separate master bedroom, full kitchen (including oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and generous fridge/freezer), lounge area (with 4K Smart TV), semi ensuite, laundry facilities and balcony with outdoor dining. With regards to the security deposit being with held on your departure, I completely understand this can be inconvenient and I am sorry if this caused any undue anxiety. Please be assured we do not make the decision to with hold any guests security bond lightly. Unfortunately, it was noted on departure the carpet in the bedroom was stained in several places - our housekeeping team attempted to sponge the stains out, without success. A professional cleaning service was required to treat the stains. Additionally, it was also noted the towel rail in the bathroom had been torn from the wall. This required the installation of a new towel rail. I'm sure you can appreciate we need to ensure the room is clean and tidy for the next guest. Photo's of the stained carpet and damaged towel rail can be provided. As you booked through a third party we do not have your email address on file. Please do not hesitate to reach out with those details if you would like copies of the photo's forwarded.I am also sorry you felt the additional charge for towels was unfair. As we are not a hotel, we operate as serviced apartments, we do not offer the same daily, complimentary expressions as hotels do. We certainly can provide daily services including hotel linen, but this does attract an additional fee. Please note, all stays which are over 7 days do receive a complimentary full clean and linen change during the stay.Sommer, once again I appreciate your feedback and I hope this information has been helpful. The property is good for extended stays, as it offers more room at relatively affordable prices also being equipped with a washing machine, dryer, kitchen, fridge etc... But toilet/vanity was decent. Showers were a little underwhelming

Nice place to stay, the lighting inside the unit needs fixing or new bulbs very dark inside. Bathroom lighting good. Overall nice place to stay for a work conference at the RNA
