Très bon accueil et belle chambre
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HotelsNous sommes arrivés après 19h et nous avons eu plusieurs fois Siri au téléphone pour nous aider pour le check in. Il a été très patient car notre anglais n est pas très bon. Merci à lui. Grande chambre avec tout le nécessaire et très propre. Une bonne adresse

even though we had a hens night and were a little bit noisy other people where great about it

Bed was only double not queen and hard/uncomfortable. Rooms not made up daily or replenished. No safety chain on the door, felt unsafe especially when a man was outside the door walking up and down the wooden veranda at 3 am. No designated parking spots. Paid in full on arrival, but bank account shows an extra payment taken out later.

Rooms were very clean but also quite small. Did not like the wooden cutlery. Staff were very friendly.

The motel is conveniently place for when I come and visit family, there is plenty of places to eat plus a couple of supermarkets a short drive away

The windows did not lock, one was blocked open with a butter knife. One bed had clean sheets however had dirt throuout the bed. There was a old, large tv unit left sitting in front of the loungeroom window and had a dirty tissue behind it.
The kitchen cupboards had some food residue on them, a dried piece of cheese on the pantry floor and grease still on the baking tray. The smoke detector was missing, there were a number of cigarette burns on the lounge, food crumbs still on the lounge and dining table. The cup holders on the lounge were filthy and had rubbish in it.
The unit had a very strong smell of curry, I like curry but this was old, stale smell. It was an upstairs unit with an internal staircase, this was sticky and black with built up dirt. This had not been cleaned in a long time.
We were offered a cleaner however i did decline as we were trying to get a very tired 2 year old to sleep so we changed the bed ourselves. Having a stranger cleaning the unit was not ideal.
The gentleman at reception was polite .
No refund was offered as they said we used all the beds. Two beds had the corners turned back to check for dirt. The other was remade, with clean sheets, by us and this single bed did have the two year old lay in it for 10 mins.
We were there less than 3 hours and left as we did not feel comfortable.
Very dissapointed.
