Positives about the property were:- - the view of the city and river - the second glass door which restricted the noise of the very busy road below -close to public transport such as a train station and city cat terminals. -dishwasher did a good job. Things that impacted our stay:- - No coffee/ condiments/ oil/ bin liners/ teatowels/ face washers available. - No electric blankets in the middle of winter or more blankets available -Half of the lamps did not work - taps were challenging- do not turn off cold tap fully in tub otherwise keeps running, no water came from tap if hot water on in kitchen as well (not even cold water) -bedrooms were outdated compared to the photos provided. -washer and dryer were very small (so small loads required) Dryer stopped after short time. - Only shampoo and tiny soap bar offered in bathroom and two rolls of toilet paper for a 3 night stay. -Ice tray in the freezer was a broken ice cube tray and we only had four tiny squares of a ice tray. - No internet hooked up to the t.v. -Needed daily codes for internet rather than one code for the whole stay. - No microwave safe containers - Emailed them to ask about electric blankets being available days prior so we could bring something and received no response - Management is new so still learning the ropes. - Children wanted to swim (we knew it was not heated) but after 10 minutes max swim time my daughter had large rash all over her body.

Older flat requiring maintenance items. Dishwasher unusable, blinds hard to open / close, furniture also old-ish and could do with some updates. Road noise particularly bad if trying to spend time on the balcony ..... just easier to keep doors closed and stay inside :-( .... Owners / managers lovely and helpful, location very convenient to The Wesley Hospital / Toowong etc

The 180° views of the river and city were amazing. Very comfortable accommodation, everything you needed. Bathroom taps were very strange, you had to use both taps at the same time to stop the water running, some explanation would have been good.j

Thank you. Apologies about the taps, just a phone call to reception would have solved the problem you were having. The taps were designed to operated by one finger for people with limited restricted movement in their hands.
