MOSTLY "YES" BUT A LITTLE "NO"
Staff were friendly and quick .. room was clean .. very close to local facilities. My only objection was :: I ordered a QUEEN BED, however they provided us with two single beds pushed together, which left a hard uncomfortable hump in the centre

The views from window over looking towards South Bank side seeing that gigantic Ferris wheel at night and the city landscape.. and the early morning Sunrise rises.. Very happy with the room that I was given.. no complaints about it. Little bigger than I thought really.. spacey for 1 person in a queens size bedroom.

Great hotel right next to Brisbane CBD and only a walk away to Brisbane South to enjoy the Ferry rides,the parkland and the streets beach for kids and families to have fun and just relax . Near main shopping centre along queen street mall and even near the train and bus stations, so very convenient and price is excellent. Hotel facilities are excellent ,good water pressure and comfortable bed to rest for the night ,my rating 10/10 .Nancy Taru

This hotel was okay, i wish it had laundry service. And I wish we had thorough instructions to work the room lights and parking was kinda shocking as I knew they were renovating but overall it’s average for my partner and I. Good for a backpacker or couple on small vacation. When the pool and carpark is finished just maybe get full stars. Good experience. Breakfast was beautiful too

The place is nice. Staffs were really nice except for Favio who’s on duty that night. He’s not quite accomodating with our enquiries ( rolls his eyes / seems frustrated when answering our queries. The lady on duty in the restaurant needs to smile. Other than that , we had a great time spending our holiday in Brisbane.

The staff member who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The beds weren't comfortable. The location was great for our visit. The hotel needs major upgrades to painting etc. Seemed quite run-down. If you are looking for a cheap night in the city, and dont mind an uncomfortable bed, then I would suggest a booking.
