Wont stay again

Staff were lovely but the room was very old tired and needed updating plus the curtains were broken, lamp shade stained and mouldy, drinks half drank from the previous occupants were in the fridge, towels were old and very worn

I had a very disappointing stay at this property and took the opportunity to contact the hotel to pass on my feedback during my stay and after my stay and have not had a rely. I would not recommend this property as it’s noisey and poorly run.

The electric kettle was very dirty and disgusting!! No bottle water in the fridge even we are willing to pay for it! The staff at the reception was not helpful when we arrived, just notified us their system was down and keep saying UNFORTUNATELY!! And they can't help us!!
