There was about four of us waiting to check in @4pm for at least 20 minutes even though we rang the phone number multiple times and were told someone was coming. Staff member came no apology, room was dirty, smelly and damaged lights and shades and heavily soiled and stained carpet. Would not recommend $270 for a family room definitely not worth it and easy to see why it was available. Did not have much option but to stay here. Won’t be staying again. Apparently hotel had good food but we did not eat here

We stayed there as we had no choice . Everything else was fully booked. It was also overpriced for the old room it was

Hallway musty - reception not maned but resturant excellent good location

I had to stay here for work as it was really close to my meetings the next day. The road traffic was relentless all night and there was little sound proofing between the walls of the other rooms. at one point I thought someone was walking in my room, but it was next door, it sounded so close. Despite the noise. It was extremely clean, and super convenient.

Room smelt of years old cigarette smoke, A/C unit filter filthy (honestly plenty of reviews highlighting this you'd think hotel would have actioned to remedy).
Noisy location, windows do not open, nil fresh air.
At the price point being charged I would never stay here again.
