We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The floor towel was totally wet due to the water leaking from gap when showering. The wet floor towel was not changed, although it was moved aside.

Mecure have definitely updated the entrance and dining area, as well as room service, however they have limited the room amenity updates that really need looking at.
Microwave, tv and ironing board all need replacing. Cleanliness and daily room clean needs to be better as well.
Location wise - perfect - although walk to Westfield feels a little unsafe un the dark. Some signage wouldn't go astray either.
