Not the room view that I thought I had payed for. No other rooms available to change to. View meant to be beach and not building in front that we got. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Hi Amanda. Thankyou for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the comfort and space of your apartment. :-) We're sorry if you were disappointed by your view. Unfortunately, as per our conversation prior to your check-in you chose one of our last apartments available on Level 2. Whilst all of our apartments do face the ocean, some on Level 2 do have a more "partial" ocean view, which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your outdoor balcony. In future may we suggest you try one of our Level 5 Penthouse 2 Bedroom apartments .. They do have spectacular views which we are sure you would enjoyed immensely! We hope you enjoyed the rest of our facilities and look forward to seeing you again some time.

We loved staying right on the beach. The property is huge and the dining options were great and literally next door. The only downside was you couldn’t put the spa temp above 38 and with the wind blowing we got cold often. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!
