I have stayed here before, and the experience is always good. However, in my experience this time, I was in a room right next to the door. It was so loud when it would close that it would jolt me awake anytime someone would use the door and this went on until 3am. Perhaps soundproofing is needed or look into making the security door quieter.

I felt safe at this place and in the community ,
cups and some cooking utensils not well cleaned , could be updated ,
toilet seat could be changed as it seems to be well passed its use by date , mirrors and walls could be better cleaned , needs some maintenance on the wooden cornices and bathroom under sink area work not finished , grab rail in shower could be installed floors very slippery when wet , bathroom sink water could be turned up , couldn't wash out shaving foam from razor OMG ,
but over all the bed was comfortable and clean sheets

We had a studio apartment on the ground floor for four nights. This was probably the noisiest room I have stayed in. It wasn't really outside noise buy other occupants. The walls were so thin you could hear everything and we were beside the main door and stairs also and could here everyone coming and going at all hours. The shower had the worst pressure and my wife struggled to wash her hair as it was so weak. Location is good, only a 5 minute walk to West End shops and 10 minutes to Southbank, however there are a lot of homeless in the area and camping opposite in the park. We had no issues at all with them though. Probably wont stay again.

駅やバス停まで数分歩きます。軽く坂を登るので大きい荷物があると少し大変です。入り口ゲートの案内を直前にメールでもらえますが、チェックイン時間がスタッフの勤務時間内に限られるので16時以降に到着する人は気をつけたほうがいいです。チェックアウト後に荷物預かりもしてくれますが、受け取り時間が同じく勤務時間内なので気をつけなければなりません。
その他は全く問題なく、wifiの繋がりも良く、清掃も行き届いていて綺麗です。周辺が住宅街なので静かに過ごせます。
