Staff was friendly and helpful, with staff at the front desk was 24/7. The property was clean and comfortable, and in a great location.

The parking is atrocious as it is open to the public. I witnessed other customers complaining about parking too. When you pay so much for your room there needs to be a parking space available as we have luggage to bring in & need access to our cars instead of parking down the road. Also paying $35 a head for breaky is very expensive when you have teenage grandchildren & there was not a lot of options!

They hand out free drink vouchers for wine beer or soft drinks. Good luck getting it.

If you are looking for accommodation close to Brisbane Showgrounds this is the Hotel for you. Good clean rooms modern Hotel with good dining options. Hotel Team are professional, friendly and courteous. Breakfast in restaurant is very clean with a great variety of fresh foods on offer.
Hotel will be even closer to transport once the new Station opens 200mtrs away.
Recommend this Hotel.
