We notified Expedia via email 3 days prior to our arrival as soon as we received our letter of confirmation that we would be a late arrival we arrived the office was closed no after hour number provided we had to wait for staff to arrive the next morning to check in we were charged $188.90 for that first night we should be compensated we provided a copy of our email to them advising that we would be late.

Was disappointed that, with a four night stay over the weekend to find out that there was no room housekeeping on weekends! I was not awsre of this when booking. Only a tea towel and a can opener available and no detergent so at least could wash and reuse crockery etc. When trying to contact reception by the phone I was cut off 4 times which was very annoying. Communication overall with reception etc was difficult. Fresh towels were supplied, on request. The night caretaker on arrival was very helpful on late arrival which was much appreciated!

Facilities are ok, very basic. Uncomfortable bed. Quite dirty, mouldy bathroom. Between vanity and wall very dirty. 1/2 roll toilet paper. No spare. Limited cutlery.

Mom is 83yrs old. She enjoyed the simple basic necessities. Eas of access. I’m in my 50 and enjoyed the multi cultural atmosphere and good Chinese noodle shop on the opposite to the hotel. Thanks all

Spacious room + friendly, however noisy and dated.
Reception staffs are very friendly, courteous and helpful. Parking is easy. The room I stayed in is spacious however it needed to be renovated. It is located at a busy intersection so it is noisy.

Nothing unique about this property. Was given a room having bad drainage smell. Shouldn't have allocated to anyone. Heater was not working on first day. Milk in the fridge hasn't been changed. It was frozen and I did try to use it but it was spoiled.
