Service was good, noise of other people in complex was horrendous

Our room was a bit noisy with street traffic. but other than that ok.

However, our other room types are much quieter as they are away. For future reference, many guests tend to book the executive room instead to avoid the noise. Nothing unique about this property. Was given a room having bad drainage smell. Shouldn't have allocated to anyone. Heater was not working on first day. Milk in the fridge hasn't been changed. It was frozen and I did try to use it but it was spoiled.
