The hotel had an event in the restaurant and we had to eat our meal in the bar. The people from the event completely filled the bar before the event started and it was like being in a commuter train. Not what we expected.

Un très très bon hôtel où je retournerai volontier

Très bon accueil et service.
Le restaurant propose un menu de quelques plats variés qui m'ont tout à fait convenu.
Et le petit déjeuner est vraiment, mais vraiment, excellent. Un très grand choix de produits, en abondance : English breakfast, continental, céréales, croissants, charcuterie, fruits, yaourts, ... et j'en oublie.
Sans oublier le personnel qui est aux petits soins.

Cheerful efficient staff, spotless spacious room, navy blue wall, tea, coffee and biscuits, comfortable bed, right weight of duvet, quiet, thoughtfully given rooms at far end of corridor, heard nothing though Freddie Mercury concert taking place. Loved spiral bedside lights!. 2 tiny niggles: mirror in bathroom far too high, designed for 6' man, I am under 5'!!! Basin ?blocked, water ran out very slowly
