Old hotel not really to standars of confort Doubletree even if Manager and staff were really friendly! Matress are really old. Bathroom too old also. Need a refurbishment.

Not too bad but need to improvethe welcome

At the checkin, the desk was cold and not really customer oriented. We felt not comfortable. Note that only few of customers are wearing a protection mask even if the governement consider it as mandatory. The room looks old but is clean. The breakfeast is available which is a good point, but only to take away, then limited. Forget your continental breakeast in this period..

Property looked well cared for and new ‘wing’ looked impressive, but we couldn’t use the pool in the evening after arriving. Bedroom was cold- tried adjusting air con and couldn’t get warm. Car charger wasn’t working. Pillows were far too soft.

The bed was a bit old and made noises every time you moved. It took us 40 mins to check in. But the pool sauna etc was good.
