L'ensemble est propre
J'ai pu faire des rencontres très sympa et le personnel à l'accueil est très serviable
C réglo secure et bien situé au centre on fait tout à pieds sinon les bus sont juste en bas
C un excellent rapport qualité prix je recommande vivement

Pour : Qualité/prix pour BRISTOL
Contre : Pour pouvoir passer une bonne nuit dans ce quartier étudiant très bruyant, prendre une chambre qui ne donne pas sur l'avenue.
Emplacement : Quartier étudiant, bruyant la nuit.Voir: hall de l'université, British Muséum, les quais (SS Great Britain).
Resto: ZA ZA Bazaar Jamie's Italian.
Chambre avec salle de bain dans le couloir. Services et équipements satisfaisant pour ce type d'hotellerie. Situé au centre ville. Par contre, nous avons été empêchés de dormir par un groupe d'étudiants vociférant sur le trottoir en face, pendant les deux nuits passéesla fenètre n'étant pas du tout isolée.

The window in my room was broken, the handle to my door was loose and i felt unsafe. The carpet was filthy and the sheets stained.
They checked me out of my room without my request because they had put my room back on the market.
I have emailed expedia about this but have received no reply. I requested a full refund. I had to check in to another hotel late night because they had given my room away and taken my personal items out of my room and put them in trash bags.

We've checked You out as You've cancelled You reservation, You said You don't wanna stay with us so Your room was put back to market. We were trying to contact You all day.
We've put Your belongings to plastic bags and they were waiting for You in the safe place next to the reception. You behaviour was shocking, and that's what we're gonna have to report to Expedia.

Publié le 22 janv. 2018 sur HotelsOstello pulito e silenzioso, bagni e cucina riassortiti di tutte le necessità. Ogni piano è dotato di cucina e bagni indipendenti. Unica pecca che al terzo piano i wc erano guasti e non scaricavano molta acqua, sarebbe meglio riguardarli.

Window had some gaps so cold air was constantly let in as was all the noise from the street. Also meant room wasnt ever completely warm as the radiator was right under the window. Got a cold head/neck as bed was inn the corner next to window. also the curtains were not long enough so lots of light was also let into the room as did the cold. Location is decent and easy access to buses.

Central, cheap, convenient
Publié le 20 sept. 2017 sur HotelsWhen I arrived there was no key available for the room but after a few calls someone had decided to cancel giving me their room, which was comfortable. The breakfast was very poor, being self service consisting of cereals and juice. There WAS bread available to make toast but no butter/marg or jam or marmalade as there were empty pots only in the fridges. This was despite having 2 different kitchens on 2 different floors. Nobody to ask for more, at 9.30am on a sunday. It was very central for the night life of Bristol and I was not disturbed by any noise. Overall, a very convenient, and cheap place to stay.

The facilities are not superb, but meet the expectatives of a hostel. Extremely convinient due to its location, but prone to be noisy during nights. They allow free access to a well-equipped kitchen that might save you some money on meals. However, the included breakfast is somehow dissapointing – besides having to prepare your meal, the variety and freshness of products may be improved. In brief, it is reasonable choice for constrained budgets without refusing to a centric location, but do not expect anything fancy.

Basic and noisy
Publié le 18 avr. 2017 sur HotelsStayed two nights in the premium private room. It was cheap and for a reason. The room was very basic (bed, table and light). The TV did not work. The main issue is the noise - I expect quite a bit being near the centre of a city but the windows are not double/triple glazed and is right next to the road/Lizard Lounge night club so it gets very noisy at night. More needs to be done about this. Communal bathrooms were fine but the landing etc. smells quite significantly of Subway (as it's right above it). Think the place is a good hostel to stay at if you're just on a night out in Bristol but nothing more.
