I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself.

Nice modern flat for the price. Don't expect luxury but has everything we needed and was very clean. Lovely location

Room was "clean" but the general condition of the kitchen & bathroom was not good. Damp & mouldy door frames, smells damp, curtain blind would only half shut. Whatever room was above mine had someone who stomped around & sounded like they were dragging furniture every night until around midnight.
Staff were friendly to deal with via email but communication was patchy in regards to adding a towel to my room & feedback in regards to the condition of the room.
Wifi not great, some apps would not work at all when I was in the room. Photos do not reflect the condition of the kitchen & bathroom. I would not feel comfortable using the kitchen due to the general condition & dampness.
Good location, walkable to the city, Clifton Downs, the Museum & public transport. Bed was comfy, sheets were clean. Shower was hot & had great pressure but didnt drain properly so would run into the kitchen causing the dampness issues.
