Publié le 20 avr. 2015 sur HotelsDans un quartier très calme ,nous avons passé 5 nuits pour rendre visite à notre petite fille.Un magasin Co-op et un Tesco sont à 3 et 5 minutes pour les courses.Le centre ville est cependant tout proche.15à20 mn à pieds pour aller au magnifique Cabot Circus ,ou le Français est très bien accueilli !
La chambre était spacieuse,et le salon attenant très confortable.La cuisine très bien équipée.Une jeune hotesse nous a parlé en français.Nous l'avons beaucoup appréciée!!UN seul étonnement:la chambre n'a pas été faite des 5jours ...

This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. The apartments are good sized, and I really appreciate the kitchen and living room spaces that are well-appointed. The staff are incredibly helpful too. There are so many "pros" about the property.
My only "con" is that the place needs a bit of a refresh and it starting to look a tad "lived in" (mostly in the bathrooms). Having said that, I still plan to stay here next time we come to visit family in the area.

Property was safe, walkable from the locations we wanted to visit. Erika at the reception was very responsive and polite. The only downside was the bathroom - the flush wouldnt work most of the time.

Checking in information could be much clearer
Publié le 6 déc. 2023 sur HotelsChecking was a nightmare. I was not aware that there was a deposit. I received a text and thought it was a fraud scam to access my account. I eventually paid the deposit but was not informed that I should receive an email with instructions. I arrived at about 8pm, it was extremely cold and dark. I could not find the property for it is not easily identifiable. I eventually persuaded very helpful tenant who gave me the emergent number. I telephoned and got a very irritable assistant who found my booking and guided me through obtaining access to the property/my booked suite.

I emailed the hotel prior to staying to confirm parking, but got no reply, twice. The room smelt of old smoke and the carpet was filthy and stained. There was also a music venue up the road with a lot of noise till 11.30pm.
