The morning before we arrived I received a email telling me that the parking lot was being used for another event and we had o park on street, if I had of known I may have stayed elsewhere also the woman checking us in was not very informative about wifi passwords etc. We proceeded to the elevator and couldn’t get the elevator to work so went back to the front desk,and then she told us that we needed to use our room key card on a black box in the elevator. Besides all these things the room was great and the hotel was within walking distance for us to eat at a restaurant we wanted to go to, overall everything else was ok.

I always stay here when I come to Bristol. The staff is wonderful. The hotel is clean, safe, and just a great place to stay. 5 stars always!!
