Comfortable and peaceful stay

Great property but not much in Blagdon

Cottage with character and space
Publié le 11 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayGood stay. Blagdon is very pretty. Visited coffee shop on our walk. Roads are very narrow.
Cottage was warm and comfortable with a good tv, bed, shower and Internet. The octagonal rooms are really nice giving light and views all round.
We had trouble locking the back door which I'm sure will get sorted. We would have liked it better if the garden was secure, but fine for a couple of days

Only small quibble, it could do with a new mattress.

Great stay
Publié le 30 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayProperty was perfect when catering for two dogs. You can shut doors to carpeted areas whilst dogs are drying after a walk.
I would have loved the use of a hoover or broom + dustpan & brush so I could have swept/hoovered any debris we left.
I loved that there was tea, coffee, milk & sugar. Nice touch.
Another good point that there was enough toilet paper plus more - satisfying!
Beautiful place. Thank you.
Blagdon has two lovely places to eat (possibly more but we were only staying a couple of nights).
We will hopefully return soon.
