Décor, cleanliness, sound insulation all absolutely great.
No reception meaning everything has to be done through an app and emails. My experience was truly awful.
Also, late check-in early check-out and nowhere to leave bags. Causes me huge issues with taxis and storage.
Such a shame as a great room in a great location.

It was ok

On second night we were given access to a co working space ( brilliant) because I was finding it very difficult to do any work, but told it was only available during office hours, which was pointless. As I needed to work in the evening.

Showed up to check in 1pm
No one there
Ended up going to the marriott
Expedia is avoiding speaking to me
I am now over $1000 feet n loss
Perhaps the communicate with me???
