It is a spotlessly clean,super relaxing place to stay and has all you need and then some! It is situated in a very quiet cul de sac but is only a short walk to the town centre and the beach. We have stayed in Broadstairs several times before but this is by far the best and we are already planning our next holiday here. I really don’t think anything could have been better.

My only criticism was lack of window covering in the kitchen both in terms of privacy & as a sun/darkness screen

That's the first time in 13 years that I've been asked to hide the view of the back garden and block out the sunlight!

Lovely relaxing stay

Just a short walk takes you into town and the beach and array of restaurants.
We included a coastal walk into Margate which was beautiful.

Lovely comfy seaside retreat

The house was clean spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were bright and airy. Parking space was great and the garden was a lovely sun trap in the afternoon.
