About this space
Spacious and private waterfront cottage at Lake Simcoe! The cottage has private waterfront access & a private dock directly at Lake Simoce. It is about an hour drive from Toronto. Spectacular lake & sunset views. Lake Simcoe offers great swimming, fishing, boating & water sport opportunities. The cottage has 5 bedrooms, 8 beds, 2.5 washrooms, sauna room, living room w/ fireplace, dining room, kitchen, & laundry room. Walk out to a spacious deck complete with hot tub, BBQ grill & patio furniture.

The bedrooms:
5 Bedrooms: All bedrooms have great lake view & sunset view:
1) Master Bedroom with full ensuite washroom & closet: King bed, 3 night tables, sofa & 43" smart 4K TV (1st Floor).
2) Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 2 night tables, sofa, & 43" smart 4K TV (1st Floor).
3) Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (3 levels), table, bookcase, 43" smart 4K TV & access to backyard (1st Floor).
4) Bedroom 4: King bed, 2 night tables & walk-in closet (2nd Floor).
5) Bedroom 5: 2 Queen beds, 3 night tables & closet (2nd Floor).
In total, there are 8 beds, which are suitable for up to 13 guests.

Gorgeous lakeview cottage
We had a wonderful friend union at this cottage. The lakeview off the back deck was breath taking. Property had everything we needed which and was in great condition. The hot tub and sauna was a treat especially in this weather. We will recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to coming back soon.

New Years Reunion
Nice and central location, overlooks the water! Plenty of rooms for everyone, and check-in was a smooth process. My only constructive feedback is that some of the skylights had flies in them, and the water in the hot tub did not appear to be well maintained.

Amazing place!

Wonderful Lakefront Cottage!
My friends and I stayed at this Lakefront Cottage with Hottub for one day, we enjoyed our stay. The cottage is large with 5 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms come with king size beds, 2 bedrooms come with queen size beds and other bedroom has bunk bed. We had great experience stayed at the cottage!

Beautiful waterfront cottage!
The owner of the Waterfront Cottage is a very nice host and answer my questions very quick. The hot tub is comfortable, warm, enjoyable while using hot tub and watching lake view and snow fallen were a great experience. We also like to use the sauna. The cottage has private direct waterfront allow us went down to the iced lake.

Beautiful cottage with a great Lake view and sunset view. Just as described, friendly hosts. Great hot tub and nicely stocked kitchen. The best part is enjoy hot tub at the outdoor and enjoy private direct waterfront. Will definitely be back!

Relaxing stay at the direct waterfront cottage on lake simcoe!
I booked this cottage last minute for my parents and me since they were able to book off a Friday, and it was the perfect place for them to unwind! The view of Lake Simcoe is so beautiful that, despite the chillier weather, we spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the hot tub and BBQ. There’s a glass roof above the deck, which was great since it helped us stay a bit warmer. The cottage itself was spacious and had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to a big dining and living room area where we played one of the games the host provided for guests. From booking to check-in, the host was super accommodating and made everything so easy for us. We all watched a movie before bed, and it was nice that my room also had its own TV because I was able to stay up watching more after my parents went to sleep. My parents really loved the sauna too and used it after waking up early to catch the sunrise! We all left feeling recharged and can’t wait to come back for a longer stay next time, hopefully with the rest of our family!

Stunning Waterfront Retreat at Lake Simcoe
This waterfront cottage at Lake Simcoe is a hidden gem with an amazing view of the lake. It has a spacious and glass awning covered deck with a BBQ, patio set, and a hot tub overlooking the water which makes it the perfect place for a getaway during any season. The cottage is beautiful and has five bedrooms and a sauna in one of the bathrooms that we enjoyed. There is also a large dining and living room area by the fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for large gatherings. The host was also welcoming and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Located just an hour from Toronto, this cottage is perfect for both intimate getaways and larger group stays. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return with a bigger group to enjoy this peaceful retreat again!
