Just 3 miles from the head of Little Toby Trail, this cozy home resides along Toby Creek. Take a short 2 min. walk from the front door to see the Bald Eagles, take a float in kayaks or canoes (not supplied)*, or sit around the fire and relax. Elk viewing and two state parks are 20 minutes from the property and after a long day or exploring visit some of the finest eateries around just 5 minutes from the house.

Local shops in neighboring towns are a great way to spend an afternoon. After shopping return home, fire up the grill, and relax with friends around the table of fresh cut steaks from the local butcher.

After dinner enjoy a bottle of Clarion River Red from the local winery while watching the sunset.

Lovely weekend getaway
One of the best VRBO experiences I've had! The home was stocked with everything you could have wanted and decorated with a lovely Fall theme! It was super clean. James, the host, was extremely responsive and friendly! Enjoyed the town of Brockport and the friendly community!

Family Weekend Getaway
We took a weekend trip with our two kids, 6 &9, along with their grandmother. We all loved the house and felt right at home. The hosts truly thought of everything and were very responsive. There’s so much to explore - including an ice cream shop you can walk too; as well as more to see in a quick drive. We’ll definitely be back again!
