The breakfast was not very great. Cold food, stale stuff. The smoking rooms cost less than the nonsmoking rooms! It seems like the people who are not destroying the building with the stench and burned furniture, sheets, carpeting, oh and the horrid smell shoukd pay less than those who are destroying the property!! It makes absolutley no sense to charge me more charge the people destroying your property more. Its a ridiculous pricing model! The lobby was clean, and although staff was nice, I still feel like it was not a good value.

I booked a hotel room in Broken Bow at the last minute, which I will never do again. The staff was super friendly, but the room's cleanliness was a concern. When I pulled back the bed to check for bed bugs, I found hair, dust, and crumbs. The mattress had stains suggesting bed bugs had been present at some point, although I didn't see any. We stayed on Third-floor room which is smoking floor. The smell was strong and musky. . At 3:00 AM, I was woken up by loud music and marijuana smoke coming from the room beside us. I immediately reported the issue to the manager on duty, who promptly addressed the situation. While this hotel might be okay for couples, I wouldn't recommend it for families with younger children due to the cleanliness and potential noise issues. Just my opinion, not suitable for young children due to the risk of exposure to rowdy casino patrons.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The elevator was out of service when we arrived and the vent to our bathroom was not putting out air.
