Very well equipped

This was our first time renting a cabin, and our experience was excellent! They really surprised us in the way that they had a fully equipped kitchen and everything that you needed in the cabin from games to cleaning products. The beds were comfortable, and the cabin is well kept the only complaint is I felt it wasn’t deep cleaned like the fixtures were very dirty. The windows could have been more clean to enjoy the views and don’t look under the bed because there is a lot of dust which means they have not swept under there and, at least three of the bed had stains on the comforters. But that should not be a reason to stir you away from renting this cabin. Just take your own blankets as we did and Lysol everything as we did. Other than that it is absolutely beautiful al covered in wood. A true cabin experience

Eclipse Trip

The house is nice but needs some TLC. The refrigerator leaks and has broken drawers, the dishwasher racks are broken, the light over the stove is burned out, the propane grill is in BAD shape and the kitchen floor doesn’t appear to have been mopped in ages. I know this since I had to lay on the floor to at least line up the dishwasher racks to run a load. Be aware there are no lamps in any bedrooms and the house is super dark. There are overhead lights but shocking to have to use those to get to the bathroom at night. The door code was not set properly when we arrived so we were locked out for 1.5 hrs after arrival. We had no response to this from our property manager. Finally the corporate office gave us the owner’s code to get in. Just consider all this before you rent.

We recently changed our local cleaning and maintenance crews, which led to some confusion with the door code setup. However, we're glad to inform you that this issue has been promptly corrected.- We would like to clarify that our records indicate that you were able to access the property by 4:30 PM, and check-in is scheduled for 4:00 PM. Therefore, I'm unsure about the discrepancy regarding the duration of time you were locked out.- Furthermore, we have addressed the cleanliness concerns by scheduling and completing a deep clean of the floors to ensure a more comfortable environment for our guests.- Regarding the absence of lamps in the bedrooms, we understand your preference for additional lighting options. While this is the first time in 5 years that anyone has mentioned this issue, we will certainly take your feedback into consideration for future improvements.Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We value your feedback and strive to provide a positive experience for all our guests.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Couples Trip

It was just as described. The cabin was nice and lots of room. We didn’t get to play pool because out of the three pool sticks only 1 had a tip. However we had other things that kept us occupied. The ladies and myself loved the hot tub. I would definitely book again and will be looking into properties associated with this owner in the future.

Property was very clean. Loved that each bedroom was an en suite. My group loved it. I was nervous at first because of all the reviews. I would give our stay a 10/10

it was my last vacation with the person. I love the most. The home was wonderful, and the love we filled while we were there was amazing. I would not have traded that weekend for all the money in the world. #De&Fe

Our group of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Angel Pine cabin was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We loved everything about our stay.

Nursing Faculty Retreat

Overall very good. It was difficult to reach the property manager initially but good response after contacting the main office. Items to consider repairing: Blender does not work. Light bulb over snack bar is detached and laying in the light cover. Diswasher rack is not attached properly (top rack). Pilot light on gas logs in living area would not stay lit.

Horrible Experience Don’t stay here

Got to the property the lights were out and the hot water was not working. The house was not clean. The sheets had red stains. We didn’t have hot water until the next day! They said they would give us 1 night back as a refund. Which the lied said there was damage to the property which was not true give us back $250. Please don’t stay here

Hi Sherri, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review: -First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the experience you had during your stay. While we had below-frozen temperatures, as we discussed the breaker box was not to be touched, and in doing so as you did, this caused the hot water tank to explode and burst, causing damage to the property. There was an area-wide freeze that was causing water outages and electricity outages which left many other cabins without heat as well -Before arrival, half of the cabin had lights and hot water and was being defrosted as you arrived. The cabin is equipped with heat and guests can set the temperature so that they are comfortable. We strive to make our house as comfortable as possible for our guests, as such we encourage guests to keep the vents open to let the heat in and for a most comfortable stay -We take pride in our property, and we always try to accommodate our guests. We sent a plumber to verify that nothing could be done to restore the hot water until the next day since the breaker box was touched, otherwise, it would have been restored in a matter of hours. The plumber verified this was true Although you did not enjoy your stay, we're confident future guests will have a wonderful visit to our home and we are confident that future guests will continue to enjoy five-star stays here!

This is a beautiful property and was perfect for 5 couples. The location is excellent. Perfect proximity for enjoying Hochatown.
