At Family Adventure Vacations, we provide our guests with a fun, family inspired rental! This cabin is named for our daughter "Bry" and is located right in the heart of Hochatown! Cabin Bry the Creek is a single level cabin that can sleep up to 16 guests. The cabin has 4 king bedroom suites with attached bathrooms for privacy. In the game room you'll find two triple bunk beds, perfect for the kids, another full bathroom, and entertainment! The game room also has a wet bar with ice machine and mini fridge. Come ready to play shuffleboard and foosball! Our gamers will be pleased to find a retro arcade with over 60 games to enjoy! Out back you'll be able to relax on two decks. One of which hosts our hot tub! You'll also find a grill and a pellet smoker, perfect for an outdoor dinner! While you're cooking up dinner, the kids can play on the swing set! Leave all the pots and pans at home because we have the kitchen stocked for you! Just make a quick stop for groceries on your way in! After dinner feel free to hang out on the garden swings around the fire pit, or if you're up for some competition, play some horse shoes, ladder golf, or corn hole. One of our luxury king suites features a large custom dog crate, if needed for your furry friend. We do have a high chair available for our guests, and a pack n play is available upon request.

Pet Rules: We have a 2 pet maximum. Please contact us if you are bringing more than one pet. Any Pets must be crated if left alone in the cabin. We have a custom built crate for 2 dogs for you to use. Pets are not to be left unattended under any circumstances. Pets are not to be allowed on any of the furniture, this includes beds. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges after checkout. For example excessive pet hair, urine, feces, any damage from pets, etc.

Pet Fee: $80 non-refundable fee per pet. If you are bringing something other than a dog, it MUST be pre-approved. No cats.

* We do collect a $1000 security deposit hold that will be released after checkout. Your door code will be sent to you two days prior to your arrival along with detailed directions.

Violation of any house rule including pet rules will result in removal from property and forfeiture of deposit.

Not what I expected
We booked this black based on the outdoor living spaces. Upon arrival the two deck patio area were extremely dirty and dusty. The furniture was beyond stained and filthy. The owner simple said the cleaners just pull the leaves away and the pollen they can’t keep away so there wasn’t much they could do about it. The fireplace mantles had not been dusted in a long time and all the fireplace and tv cords were exposed. The outdoor string light were not working and half of the bulbs were missing so our kids could not see while making s’mores.It would have been nice for the owner to have the owner have some come and clean the living spaces but she did not offer.

Spacious Cabin for multiple families
Cabin Bry the Creek was perfectly laid out for our group. The kids had their own space and played outside all day. The firepit was a relaxing spot near the creek. The living room was comfortable for sitting back and watching tv. It was relaxing and peaceful.

Cabin Bry the Creek is Great!
We loved this cabin. We had 4 families maxing out capacity there. The 4 King suites were great for each family. Loved that there was a built in dog crate in one of the rooms for our Bernedoodle. The bunk room is also awesome. Other cabins the bunk room has been a separate entrance which actually wasn’t a great idea with small children who are scared of Big foot at night. This bunk room is connected with a hall and we loved that as scared littles could come find their parents without going outside to then re-enter the main cabin. The best part of this cabin is the backyard area. Tons to do. The creek kept our kids entertained the whole time and there is so much land behind that they could go explore. Would come right back to the same cabin.

Great Spot!!
Went with three families and had plenty of space! The house was beautiful, had plenty of chairs, cooking utensils, even a crock pot. The kids LOVED exploring the creek and although the drive was a little long on the I paved road, the spot was perfect, tucked in the back and private. The reviews of the rough drive in are pretty accurate. If you are hauling something would probably be best to try to find a spot for it by the water (we had a family bring their jet ski and was a little crazy getting in and out). Not too far from Marina and cute activists are nearby. Great spot for a wonderful getaway!

Great house with a couple of drawbacks
Perfect house for party of 10. The road to get into the property was pretty rough. Thankful we had a truck! The septic smell made it hard to be outside. It smelled around the fire pit, front door and hot tub.

Fun backyard!
We brought kids & their friends to enjoy a nice spring break. The drive in was a bit rough only because it’s hilly & hasn’t been paved yet. I know that will eventually improve! But you do need to mentally prepare for it. The cabin was wonderful. Very clean. It was pretty small to have 4 king bedrooms & a game room but it was still great. The dog crate in the master definitely took up lots of room which is inconvenient if you don’t bring dogs. The ice maker leaked the entire stay, & the shuffle board had no salt so we had to request. We really appreciated their quick responses though. I must say, the back yard area filled with a gorgeous & relaxing creek, hammocks, endless games of cornhole, & play set for the toddler… made the other small inconveniences worth it! Lots of sweet memories made with our people. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This cabin is absolutely amazing! It’s tucked way back in a secluded area. Beautiful and peaceful. The drive to the cabin can be rough so be sure to drive an appropriate vehicle. We all had trucks, we had no problem. A small car might have issues. The communication with the owner was flawless with no drama. I highly recommend staying here. The outdoor swings with gas fireplace was my favorite spot to relax. Overall a fabulous experience!

We enjoyed stay!
We have 6, 3.5 years old and one infant in the group, they enjoyed so much the game room and outdoor playground. The house has direct TV, we can watch all games during weekend, this is a plus. We cooked every breakfast and dinner during our 4-day stay, we found all kitchen tools we need. 4 king-size bed rooms with shower room are perfect for our 4 couples. We arrived on Friday, it was painful traffic get to the property. The map showed us another router basically through trails so can save us half hour, however, after 4-mi dusty drive, we found the gate was closed, we had to drive back to main road and experienced the traffic. BTW, there are over 10 vesicles we met stuck on the trials. Also, the last 1 mile drive to Propoerty is unpaved road, without rain for days, it would be very dusty. We drove to Beaver Bend State Park everyday to hike, boat or just for a ride. The national forest is pretty. There are also many indoor activities you can do if it rains all day.
