Modern Treetop 3BR+Bunks Cabin in Prime Location!

Hold Your Horses by Modern Luxury Retreats is a modern, "tree top" cabin perfect for making memories with up to 12 guests! We're perched high in the treetops on a very large and private lot. We have 3 King Bedrooms with en-suite baths and a Game/Bunk Room (Sleeps 6) with its own full bath. Entertainment options abound with indoor/outdoor living/dining, 2 gas fireplaces, a fire pit, game room with pool table/arcade/games, cornhole, horseshoes, a hot tub, and a playset for the kids!

Indoor gas fireplaces are turned off from June through September. A $20 per night insurance fee will be included to cover your stay, eliminating deposits or more expensive coverage required elsewhere. Rate is for up to 9 guests. A charge of $15 per night will be applied for each guest over the 9th.
We require a signed Rental Agreement for the reservation holder. This document will be sent after the reservation is made and we ask that you please return it within 48 hours. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, up to 25 pounds/pet. We charge a per-stay fee of $100 for bringing pets.

We booked this as a post Mardi Gras getaway to enjoy lazy mornings and peaceful nights grilling and wine by the fire. This space was perfect! I could literally rent for a week and do nothing but relax in this beautiful space! I loved it so much. Location was great. Easy to get to everything we needed.

It was a great experience. Brought 8 girls to celebrate a birthday. Plenty to do at the cabin on a rainy weekend. It was well appointed - linens, dishes, activities - everything was there. We had a great time! The birthday girls friends loved the bunk room.

Trout Fishing Trip
Hold Your Horses is an unbelievably luxurious property. I immediately did a video tour of the inside to post to social media. I wanted my friends to see how cool the place was. Beautiful cedar interior, fireplace in the living room with lots of seating. The patio is roomy with plenty of seating and another fireplace. Hot tub was running and ready for use. We are a group of 6 recent retirees who travel moderately, and we were blown away. Kitchen is very well appointed, large dining table, and very comfortable beds. Very conveniently located to great local dining and the breweries. Do watch for the potholes. There are a couple that will change your life. Definitely would go back.

Home away from home
We truly enjoyed our stay in Broken Bow. The cabin is very close to many excursions and restaurants. The cabin also provided games and a fire pit if you wanted to stay in. Communication with the property owners were easy. I highly recommend staying at this cabin it is spacious and kid friendly.

Good resting spot
This place is great to just recoup from being overworked. That’s what we did. Firepit, hot tub, billiards and grilling. But there’s plenty around if you want to be active. Had we had more time, we’d definitely do more activities.

Great Family Vacation
Everything went well from booking to checking out. The cabin is large and set-up perfectly for families to spend quality time together whether that be over a meal with a large table, making s’mores around a firepit, playing pool, playing board games or just relaxing and having good conversation on the large outside patio. Our family of 10 were together doing all these things and we couldn’t have had a better place to do it. If I had to give any input to improve our stay it would be having more kitchen hand towels and wash cloths. Had zero problems during our stay. We plan to return!

Ready to book again!
This property is exactly what we were looking for for our family/friend get away. Had plenty of space to spread out, a high point was having 3 king beds in each suite with their own bathroom. The game room area was a favorite hang out spot and our kids throughly enjoyed playing pool and pac man! The back patio is just want you want while grilling plenty of space and grill worked great! Host was very responsive and we will definitely be back sooner than later. If you’re up in the air about a spot I assure you this one is the way to go!

Early 70th Birthday Celebration
Family from Austin, Boerne, and Nacogdoches, Texas gathered over the long Easter weekend to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. We had six adults, a 14-yr and a 10-yr. Ammenities were as described with all having ample room. Pool table and hot tub were big attractions. Guided rainbow trout fishing and all-day pontoon boat ride were great, too.

We absolutely loved our stay at your gorgeous cabin. We loved the layout with the grandparents they were able to stay and do everything with the family in the common area and not have to go up and down stairs which is a huge plus. We have made so many memories with family and all the little details that were put into the house were appreciated. The cabin was very clean and comfortable and we loved the beautiful Christmas tree. The kids loved the outdoor playground equipment and the bonfire area. 100% will rent again

Broken Bow Holiday Trip
Our annual trip to Broken Bow the weekend after Thanksgiving, has become one of our favorite holiday traditions. We spend a few days relaxing, hiking, playing games, puzzling, and just spending some quality time with our adult children. Hold Your Horses is awesome! The cabin is beautifully decorated. The game room & outdoor activities kept us entertained the entire trip. And, there are restaurants, breweries, etc… within driving distance. We had a great time.
