Summary:
Welcome to Pond Amongst The Pines! BRAND NEW LUXE cabin nestled amongst the pine trees on 1.6 acres with its own private pond! This SECLUDED GETAWAY is only 10 minutes from downtown Hochatown. Featuring 3 King ensuites plus a bunk/game room this cabin will accommodate up to 9 guests. There's a large covered outdoor living area with a hot tub for relaxing. You'll fall in love with the amazing view of the private pond amongst the pine trees. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind!

The Space:
SLEEPING - There are 3 king ensuites, each sleeping up to 2 guests. 2 are located downstairs, while 1 is upstairs. The upstairs ensuite boasts its own private balcony overlooking the towering pine trees. A great place to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee! Also upstairs is the private bunk/game room which has a built in twin bunk bed with a trundle to accommodate 3 kids. This room has an amazing view of the private pond. It also has a walk out balcony featuring 2 swings to entertain the kids. There is a separate bathroom to accommodate the bunk room. Enjoy an old school arcade game or stream your favorite program on the large TV.

EATING - Open to the living room is a fully-stocked kitchen equipped with cookware, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, and everything you should need for your stay. You’ll also find a shelved pantry with room to put away any food you bring. The kitchen table seats 6-8 , and the island has seating for 3. There’s an additional dining area outdoors (with a beautiful view) that seats 6.

OUTSIDE - The outside area of this cabin is built for relaxing! The outdoor covered living space and beautiful view of the private pond is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. The 7 person hot tub provides a great opportunity to soak and relax while taking in the view. The outdoor grilling area would be a great spot to cook up some delicious meals while enjoying the outdoors. And who doesn't love roasting s'mores over a fire pit? It's a perfect way to end a relaxing day. The string lights illuminating the pond create a lovely ambiance and add to the overall aesthetic of the outdoor area. And playing a game of cornhole or horseshoes would be a fun way to enjoy some friendly competition and outdoor activity.

Great place!
Everything was great! Zero problems. The beds and pillows were very soft and comfy. The house was well stocked. The owners were very responsive. We had 9. Two adults in both king rooms downstairs. Two girls in king room upstairs. Three boys in the “bunk room.” Upstairs game table was broke, however they let us know ahead of time. No problem with us since there is plenty to do.

Great and much needed getaway
We had the most amazing time! It was a much needed couple/friend getaway. Location and property were perfect. We never wanted for anything. Made warm fire both nights and sat around fire catching up and telling stories. Even though it was just a weekend, we all felt energized and relaxed when we left. We will most certainly be back! We were celebrating birthdays for a few of our spouses. The house was wonderful and we had a great time just hanging out. This house is IDEAL for 3 couples and a couple of children. It's secluded and tranquil around the area of the house. It has all the amenities we needed for a long weekend stay. We love the area and would love to come to back!

Family Getaway
We wanted get away for a few days with our 18yr old twins. This place was perfect getaway. The house was as advertised and couldn’t have been better for what we were looking for. The house was well furnished, great decor, and high end finishes. Everyone loved their rooms and the fact they had their own bathrooms. Many places don’t supply you with the basics like tp, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. but everything was taken care of. Be prepared for your vehicle to get very dirty with OK red dirt, but well worth it. House was great proximity to all the activities we had planned. Highly recommend!

Luxury cabin in a tranquil setting
We stayed here for the April ‘24 solar eclipse and had a great time. The cabin was clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need to do all your own meals, just bring your own foods/ingredients. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had ample closet space. Bathrooms were clean and bright with large showers, stocked with plenty of towels, soap, and a few small toiletries, there is no bathtub. The patio was great with plenty of seating for relaxing and an outdoor high top table perfect for meals. Hot tub, grill, all the outdoor furnishing worked great and were clean. Our favorite part was just the tranquil ambiance, sitting out on the patio with the pond fountain in the background and the string lights on in the evening.

Magical Family Christmas Stay
My family and I absolutely loved our stay. Our first couple of days was wet and rainy. So we pretty much stayed in. But the space was the perfect fit for 4 households to cozy up together under one roof. The 3 master bedrooms that each had their own full bath which was key! Aside from that, the place was gorgeous and fully equipped with all the basics. Some highlights were the keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer, fire pit with s’mores kit, and of course the Christmas tree and decorations. When the sun finally came out our last 2 days, the way the sun shone through the trees, reflected off the pond and into the living room was magical. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! We are so appreciative!! 10/10

Great little property!
My family and I stayed at this property as a pre-holiday getaway. It’s adorable. Well-decorated, well laid out, and we’ll-designed, we found the space to be cozy and inviting. Loved the addition of the Christmas tree! The bathrooms are amazing and the beds, bedding and linens super comfy. This place has everything you need! We did encounter quite a few spiders and 3-4 wasps, but as it was noted, this was expected and we gently escorted our visitors back outside.

Peaceful among the Pines
We enjoyed our stay so much! We have three kids ages 9, 7, and 4, and it was perfect for them and even us adults! We loved hanging out at the cabin playing games, roasting smores by the fire, cooking, and hanging out on the back porch playing board games together. There was the perfect amount of things to leave and go do and come back and chill out the remainder of the day. The location was a perfect location to town, but you didn't feel anywhere near it at the same time. We were secluded and very peaceful! The pond was so beautiful to look at! Everything was so clean! We will definitely be back!
