Stayed for 1 night at 5 in the morning smoke alarms went off, went back to sleep woke at 7.30 no electrics were working couldnt shower or make coffee , at 8 went to see what was going on but hallway was pitch black wasnt untill about 9.30 that someone came round to say there was a power cut and we had to leave was just given a sorry and no no explanation

The room was excellent value for money. It was spacious, clean & warm with a comfy large bed. The ensuite had a bath with shower over, it was a little dated but very clean. Swimming pool was lovely & warm, however it costs £4 per hotel guest to use. Parking was good, plenty of spaces, £5 per 24 hours. Tea, coffee, shampoo & shower gel all provided in your room. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel never responded to my on-line request regarding having left an important item of personal property in my room – which will cost me around £400.00 to replace. Hence the ‘Poor Service’ (although the service otherwise was very good).

Great but could improve.
Great main area. Comfy bar with pool table. Rooms were comfy. Bathrooms could do with some mainteneabce and refresh. Huge tv in room. Barman Chris was excellent and very attentive. Swimming pool was great. Room doesnt get done if you stay 3 days. Had to ask for towels at reception. Didnt even replace water. Having said that its great to have a fridge and water in the room. It seemed like they were following old covid procedure for room service. Even had the laughable card in the room saying "we know you all worry about covid" Time to get rid and shake it up. Having said that I really enjoyed the hotel and wlould use it again. Enjoyed the food on half board. Was very good pricing for a half board stay.

No room keys available when l checked in due to system being down, so staff had to let you in and out of your room which was painful. Someone walked into my room at 10:20pm, wrong room which was awkward. Then to top it off cleaners walked into my room the next morning. Shocking hotel

The room was bigger than expected. The location of the hotel is in a good and quiet area. The only negative was that the heater needs updating and didn't but staff did try to rectify by giving additional duvets.

The Hotel is in need of some TLC as rooms are dated as well as the bathroom. Had to pay for the Gym which is normally free at other Hotels. Bar meals took ages to come Breakfast was possibly the worst I have had at a Hotel
