This charming home has 4 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, Sleeps 12, and is in Rayburn Country. Fully furnished and ready for tournament fishing, golf and swimming at Rayburn Country Club, boating or just relaxing. The home sits on the main lake, with a Carport for your cars, trucks and boats and plenty of room for family and friends! Bring the steaks, because you are going to grill on the deck and watch an incredible sunset. Would I rather see the sunset from the Balcony or Deck? These are the tough decisions in Life at the Lake!!

Have your coffee on the deck, watching the peaceful lake, then come down to the lake shore -150 feet away - get barefoot and play on the white sandy beach in the water. Pull your boat up and park with Power Poles or Tie on to the nearest tree. When the water is up, get your Jig on and Flip the trees. Yes, they like to spawn right there. The boat ramp is 5 minutes away where you can launch one time and have the water toys just out back of the house during your whole stay. You can water ski, swim, barefoot or wake board and get Go-Pro memories of a life time.

After you catch 5 fish by 3 pm, you can relax on a fully furnished deck, or go inside with lots of HD TV’s ready for you. You will find all the comforts of home. A fully equipped Kitchen with Granite, Direct TV with a kazillion channels. Bring your Blue tooth speakers, there are ceiling fans throughout, patio furniture on the deck, horse shoes, corn hole, both a Charcoal grill (bring you own charcoal) and a Propane Grill just waiting for a delicious Ribeye, Porterhouse or New York Strip along with the best Merlot you can grab.

All bathrooms are up to date, 1 Master Suite Upstairs with Queen Size bed and adjoining full bath with tub/shower. The other bedroom upstairs has 3 twin beds and a trundle - 4 Total beds in that Bedroom with an adjoining full bath with tub/shower. 2 bedrooms downstairs have Queen sized beds and a roll away in each of closets. Enough for 12 people, plus a Sleeper Sofa upstairs if needed. A full bath with tub/shower on the 1st floor.

Rayburn Country Club is nearby where you can take the kids or relax by the pool. There’s also a basketball court and tennis court to compete on. They’re open from 11:00 to 8:00 and you can enjoy for $15/day. Golf is also available for a separate fee.

The Stump Restaurant, Chapala Mexican Restaurant, Hamburger Depot, Rayburn Country Club Restaurant, Best Donuts, Dollar General, Tackle Addict, Need More Tackle, and Twice the Ice are just minutes away.
