Poor service at roadway
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsThey had my reservation wrong to begin with. I had reserved a king smoking suite and when I got there, they said I had reserved non-smoking. I showed them the reservation and he said oh I don’t know. Put me in a queen smoking but not a sweet. There was no chair to sit in. There was no hot water, only warm water. There was no tray for the coffee machine to make coffee. On the first night I told them I did not want any service yet. They came in anyway. Threw away my cups did not replace them but left coffee that time. The TV would not work.

Lots of mold on the walls. Dirty, no cold water, very little water pressure and on and on.

I live in Wesson . I did not have power for a week. I just needed a place to stay and this hotel served my needs. I’m old fashioned. I like parking in front of my room and a few steps I’m inside.

Suited my purpose. Loss of power at my home and mainly just needed a bed and bathroom. Price was good
