And the kids in the neighborhood were friendly on our walks to the nearby beach. The location was near the core of Brookings for dining and shopping and what have you, but far enough away to keep the apartment quiet inside and out. Just right for a couple of retirees.

The bed had a damp feeling to it the 1st night since the windows were open when we got there. I'm assuming the humidity from the rain and ocean came through. But, besides that was a great place!
