Family Wedding in Maine
Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe home made for perfect stay for our family. The options for housing in this part of Maine are limited and this home was a very pleasant surprise. It made for perfect location for a family wedding in the area. We also discovered several hiking trails in the area and enjoyed the fall colors. Leanne (the owner) was very responsive and helpful.

I am not sure if the fault lies with the owner or with VRBO/Expedia but the property was double-booked, forcing us to find other last minute accommodations. Despite several messages to the owner, I still have heard nothing back after 5 days.

Great Location!
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a great location, close to a lot of things but you also felt like you were in the middle of nowhere. The house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The only thing you need to be aware of is there is no air conditioning. The loft does have A/C but the main house does not. While it may cool down at night, we had some very hot days and were not able to be in the main house on those days.
