The majority of staff were super helpful. The pool area could have been a little better maintained and more regularly cleaned. We would have been disappointed if we were looking for a resort style experience but we were happy with it being a good base from which to explore the area.

A wonderful position overlooking Roebuck Bay. Food at the restaurant was very good . Bus out the front to take you around Broome and to Cable beach. They supply insect spray for the sandflies .

Bad service

My cruise only leaves in the afternoon. I requested a late check out and offered to pay for it. I am disabled. I was told a plumber is coming. I even offered to stay in my room while plumber was here. Answer was NO. Why could this plumber not have been rescheduled for another day?

On these days we have a hospitality room available for all Cruise ship passengers to enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and light refreshments. Passengers are free to come and go from this room at leisure until the shuttle to the ship. We did indeed schedule a plumber to carry out upgrades to the Suite you were complimentary upgraded too, after our standard check out time of 10am. As discussed on the phone with you a late check out is a request and not something we can unfortunately accommodate for all our guests. We were able to delay the plumber for an hour and extend your check out to 11am after our discussion and we hope this made a positive impact on your stay. Thanks again Bridget for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Beautiful place to relax

The hotel ground is nice with a lovely view of the bay. It was only 5 minutes walk to town. The room is spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were also comfortable. Services from all staff were very good.

Lovely feel about the property, travelling as a single women I felt safe at all times. All staff were delightful.
