Caretakers and reception staff we’re lovely. Family friendly. Loved that pool was open until 9pm.

Property is good location to restaurants, bars & beach.
Is little run down, air con was so noisy & some areas not the cleanest.

We had only a one night stay. The staff were lovely and it was great to be able to walk to Cable Beach. Lots of thoughtful touches like providing a place to recycle aluminium coffee pods. A bit cheap that in a not-cheap place you had to buy the pods though and we could not get the microwave to work. Flaws as we saw them would be easily fixed (and if we had been staying longer I am sure that they would have been sorted for us).

Hi Kathryn, thanks for your feedback. Nice to hear you found the staff lovely and enjoyed our convenient location. Although we don't provide coffee pods in the room but sell them in our reception shop, we do supply a starter kit of tea bags, instant coffee, sugar and milk. We do hope we can welcome you back in the future.

Easy walk to Cable Beach, coffee, dinning & pub. Very comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Very spacious appartments. Thankfully the pool was slightly heated. Lush gardens. Felt like a little oasis. Friendly staff.

Fabulous pool, loved that it was heated. Apartment was tops and with lights, TV and aircon on when I entered.
