The cabin was showing it’s age
The television didn’t pick up any stations
We couldn’t work out how to operate the very old stove
When I went to use the barbecue equipment they where out of gas

The beach is a one minute walk, shops are 2 minute drive, very tranqui and quiet area.

Great location with easy access to town centre. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Onsite cabins very dated but otherwise very comfortable.

The relief manager wa extremely rude.
The property is run down .
We were quoted a price when we booked but on arrival we were changed almost double and as we were booked on the ferry to KI had no choice but to pay .

Hello Stephen,You booked a Basic Cottage and paid for it on-line via The Expedia Group. You were not charged anything here upon arrival, thus I am not sure what you are referring to above. Accommodation was basic but comfortable. Management were helpful. The park was right on the beach so good for a walk nor just to enjoy the view.

The greeting on arrival was an unpleasant list of circumstances where our behaviour would result in further charges.
The outside was unkempt and grotty.
The bed was like a hammock and should have been thrown out years ago.

The Team is surprised to read the above comments and apologizes for any inconvenience.
The office staff offered you a free upgrade, but unfortunately you declined.
The Family Unit you booked for two people has two double beds and three singles with three new mattresses.
Credit card details is a standard procedure upon check-in, when one has booked a unit, however you refused to comply until you were asked several times.
