The front desk clerk never acknowledged us when we first walk in. She was extremely rude. When I asked her if there were any rooms available she said no we are full. I said im logged on my app and i show one. Brianna said no we dont have any rooms and went on to the next people. Once i returned to tell her I had a reservation she rolled her eyes and told me to wait. Once the resevation done she went on gave us a room that was dirty with a guest in it. Unbelievable so we went back told her and all she did was hand us another room. No apologies no nothing. Just hand us down another key and she went back to work. Holiday Inn is the worst place ever. Not to mention the elevators not working. Worse place ever.

A/C and elevator not working. Room smelled like smoke.
