Nice one night stay, rooms were upgraded. Hallways and common area a little outdated and hallways were very hot temp

The room we stayed in was run down and not as nice as we stayed in before. Other times we have stayed the rooms were great and that’s why we stayed there again. Also the girl at the front was not friendly :(

I apologize, when you make a reservation they always put hqq, which is a handicap room. I'll hope you will make your reservations through us, so we can give you right room you need.

Mostly Satisfied
Publié le 25 mai 2024 sur HotelsHotel was clean, easy to get in and out of. The only complaint was the noise from the room above mine. There is no sound deadening at all between floors. I thought the room above me must have a herd of horses staying there. It was 11:30 pm before it finally got quite.

The plumbing had issues, as the shower valve on the shower knob was clogged and had to be tended to by the maintenance man. Also, the commodes flushed, but wouldn’t refill the water box without some manual help.
Otherwise, the property, personnel and food excellent

I would have given the property a 5 star but the elevator was down my entire stay. I needed the exercise.
