Parent weekend for HPU vb game
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse was spacious and had everything we needed for the weekend. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean! It was a bonus to have 3 full bathrooms! We had amazing weather and enjoyed time at the boat house for coffee and adult beverages!

Family Lake Trip
Publié le 27 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall a good place to stay. There were a few repairs that should be made--toilet seat tightened, slow drains in kitchen sink and one bathroom. They did not keep us from having a good time!
The bedroom with the 3 bunks was a surprise as to how small it was---pictures did not really tell that.
We enjoyed the property overall and would use it again if we have the chance.

Needs a deep cleaning
Publié le 2 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayCheck in was easy. The lakehouse has real potential of being a 5-star place. The R/O faucet was leaking, the refrigerator was making noise like the fan was going out. The dining room chairs legs were falling off, so my husband tightened them. The exhaust fans in the bathrooms have a thick layer of dust. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty and sticky syrup was left on the table. The place just wasn't clean. The outside was the same, cigarette butts in the firepit, trees growing out of the gutters, the boat dock was swarming with red wasps, and some off the decking was loose. There are two other homes on the property. There are leash laws, but apparently not everyone abides by them, we had two dogs from another property visit.
Overall, average. Doordash does deliver, Dollar General less than two miles away.

Baseball Tournament Weekend
Publié le 14 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came to Brownwood for a baseball tournament but wanted the boys to be able to fish. Five families stayed in two of the properties and had a great time! The houses were perfect and the dock was amazing. We would love to come back!

Lake House at Cason Cove

The only problem we had was finding the correct house.
We did not see the address 141 Cove Circle. We had to stop. And ask at one of the residences on the road if they knew where the picture of the house on the web site might be. And the address was not included in any contact with VRBO or the owner. It is behind two other residences and the photo on the web site is from the lake side not visible from the road.
