Maison Bousson Bed&Breakfast

Publié le 26 oct. 2011 sur Hotels
Our stay at Maison Bousson was amazing! The hostess Sofia is very nice, and she did everything for our stay to be the best. The room was exceptional, with a view on the pool. The most amazing thing is the breakfast! You will be full, no doubt! There are a lot of different dishes, it is really like a real meal. You will not have to eat in the afternoon for sure! I would like to thank Sofia for our great stay there.

Best B&B experience every

Publié le 6 mai 2013 sur Hotels
I can't say enough great things about this B&B. Every small detail was contemplated and made our stay exceptional. The breakfast was the best meal we had during our entire vacation. Sofia is an exceptional hostess, the accomodations were well beyond our expectations, and I would go out of my way to stay here again. Best B&B ever.

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast in Brugge

Publié le 2 oct. 2012 sur Hotels
The room was wonderful, clean, and quiet. The owner made my stay very very comfortable. She even drove my bags over to me at the train station since I had a later train booked and wanted to walk around Brugge on day of my check out. I would always stay here when visiting Brugge.

Would stay again

Publié le 15 juin 2012 sur Expedia
After reading the reviews, I need to be honest - I was expecting more, not sure why. The place is nice, but you get what you pay for. One thing I didn't like much was that the breakfast was an extra charge (€15 pp per day) - surely B&B should have the breakfast included on the nightly rate, right? that's what B&B's are... Anyway, apart from that the place was quite quiet, clean, modern and well equipped. One of my favorite things is that it was just outside the city centre so you could have a very nice stroll down the river to get there - about 10 min. Sofia, was a great hostess but I think she tried so hard that sometimes made us feel a bit awkward. Indeed the breakfast was great, but it's definitely too much food - she should rethink the breaky option (provide a more modest/simple breakfast and include it in the price of the room). I will definitely stay again - the place has everything you would need but I would not have the breakfast option.

The perfect b&b

Publié le 27 mai 2012 sur Hotels
Brilliant. From the moment I arrived, Sofia -- the owner, host, cook, and all -- was warm, friendly and welcoming. I stayed three nights and really didn't want to leave. A true highlight of my month in Europe. The decor is modern and somewhat minimalist, which suits me well. But, it's not cold. In fact, for a place with so much white, it's the opposite. It has a charm to it. Maybe it's Sofia and her family. Maybe it's Bruges itself. Whatever it was, it's well worth a visit. I can't imagine anyone not loving Maison Bousson. The suites are large by any standards. The bed, extremely comfortable. Breakfast was subtlety different treat each day, and always more than I could eat.

Lovely Stay at this warm and relaxing oasis!

Pour : Sofia the owner! The breakfasts were delicious.
Contre : I don't have anything bad to stay about this hotel.
Emplacement : Great. Very short walk to the city centre.
I really loved my stay here during the New Years period. Sofia was a wonderful host and couldnt do enough to make us feel comfortable. She always offered to pick us up whenever we were out, and drop us off. I liked her so much that my fiance and I shared a bottle of champagne with her before we went out to dinner. I would recommend this to everyone..and I am sending friends there!! The breakfasts were superb! The only thing you should keep in mind is that if you choose the breakfast option you will be charged an extra amount in the bill.

First Class and very Chic B&B

Publié le 26 oct. 2011 sur Expedia
My husband and I stayed at the Maison Bousson Bed and Breakfast October 2011. We stayed in the Junior Suite located on the ground floor overlooking the swimming pool. Sofia, the owner made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us, including providing a light supper as we had arrived quite late. Sofia provided excellent breakfasts which included a continental breakfast AND a cooked breakfast AND pastries AND excellant home- made juices. Sofia was happy that we saved our pastries for later. ! The B & B is about 10 mins walk from one of the entrances to Bruges. Easy to walk to the main sights of the city centre in about another 5 mins from the entrance. No need for a car. Our room was very spacious with patio doors and large bathroom. The room inlcuded a large double bed, dining table and four chairs, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer. A 'real' flowering Lily pot plant was a nice touch. The TV also had BBC and ITV. A home from home really and a very nice place to stay. We would stay here again. It was more like a chic hotel than B & B.

Maison Bousson

Publié le 19 oct. 2011 sur Hotels
Although a little out of the way of the cobbled Streets in the town, but only a ten minute walk (where you can appreciate the pleasant stroll along the canal). This is a must, Sophia and her family could not do enough to make our stay as special and memorable. Room was comfortable clean and well presented, we stayed in the Jardine Suite overlooking the Manicured Garden. Breakfast was like a banquet of Traditional Flemish foods ( Something for everyone to experience). The personal touch made our stay in Bruges very memorable, a warm welcome and friendly home feeling to relax and enjoy.
