Breathtaking views of Lake McConaughy out your backdoor! Located in a gated acreage community, this beautiful 5-plex townhouse has two master suites with ensuite bathrooms, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed. Memories will be made in the open concept main level. It is the perfect place for your family and friends to enjoy a home cooked meal, great conversation, and a couple cocktails on the stargazing back deck. The entire house features high end furniture, new bedding, and beautiful wood floors. The basement bedroom has walkout access to the lower patio, along with access from the family room. Enjoy a huge back lawn area where kite flying or a volleyball match can entertain kids. Get in 18 holes at nearby Bayside World Class public golf course, or grab a burger and a beer at Bayside or Hooks lake bar and grill. Just a mile away is Vans Lakeview public boat ramp and campground where you can launch your boat to enjoy a great day on the water. Semi private beach access is available through gated Lighthouse Villa property. Enjoy much less crowded beaches on the south side. There is plenty of room for overflow parking for your boat and trailers. You will love this location and peaceful setting. Deer and turkeys are often seen from the back deck. Come enjoy our favorite Nebraska lake, and relax in our beautiful townhome. Interior pics coming soon!

Fun in the sun
Spacious with enough room for 5 adults and 3 children 6 and under. Walking distance to beach, but only if you aren’t bringing anything with you, otherwise a vehicle would be best. Plenty of room on the beach where you don’t feel crowded by people you don’t know. Open area in the back of townhouse for children to play and run.

Father’s Day Weekend Perfection
The property is gorgeous and the perfect place for families to gather. It is very convenient to Vans in order to launch your boat. Which also made it very convenient for people to go the property when they were ready to get off the boat while others still stayed on the water. Our teenagers had their own space while the adults had their own space. It’s a lovely property and I would highly recommend for families that want to enjoy lake time.

Amazingly clean townhouse with great indoor and outdoor spaces. Sunrises and sunsets were both beautiful from the front and back decks. It was great having 3 full and another 1/2 bath. Well stocked kitchen. Beach access close by with a 4x4. Would definitely stay again!

The property was clean and beautifully appointed. Plenty of room when we hosted breakfast for the family. The views were stunning! Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.
