Villas by the Sea is a 17 acre oak-shaded beachfront Resort/Condominium Complex located on Jekyll Island, Georgia. Amenities are restaurant, lounge, pool, beach, barbeque grills, volleyball court etc. Killa Villa is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo that overlooks the pool, barbeque and picnic tables. Bedroom 1 on the second floor has a queen bed and private full bath. on that same floor is a full kitchen and living area with a balcony. On the third floor are two more bedrooms and shared full bath. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, full size washer/dryer and balcony. Famous Driftwood Beach is adjacent where "The Walking Dead" shot the beach/shipwreck scene! This property underwent a total restoration within the last 2 years.

Best place ever!
This property was so amazing and offers everything you may possibly need! Pool and park are beyond expectations. There is even a little food truck by pool for breakfast and lunch! Our host was accommodating to our every need and even gave us some fun suggestions to do while on the island! We will be back for certain! Thank you for all the hospitality

Everything was great. Location was terrific and every detail was thought of. So many amenities for our stay-we wish the bistro cafe had been open but staffing shortage made that a no go. There are plenty of other places to choose from though. We loved being able to walk the beach. We would stay here again.

60th Anniversary Celebration
Our group of roughly 25, ages 2-77, had a wonderful time together. Not all stayed here, but those that did loved it. The pool/picnic area was the highlight with the beach just a few steps away. Tommy was only a phone call away if needed - which we did not. Everything was perfect.

Spring at Jekyll
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our VRBO stay! Tommy was so helpful and communicative! The condo was clean and very well maintained. We had an excellent view of the pool and a very short walk to the beach which we loved! We cooked several meals in the condo which was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. We had a fantastic week and we are definitely anxious to go back!

Villas by the sea
So much to do and great food. St. Simon’s was a lot of fun. Went to Turtle Rescue, Mosaic Museum and spent two days at the beach and took family pictures at Driftwood Beach and of course the pool. It was a fantastic week!

It is a Killa Villa
We had an absolute wonderful time. The Villa was well equipped and very clean. Tommy was great. He made sure we had great directions to the villa and check in with us when we arrived to make everything was as expected The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. He even had ice ready in the freezer when we got there. I cant say enough about our trip to Jekyll Island and the Killa Villa. Also it is just a short walk from the Killa Villa to Driftwood Beach. Thank You so very much look forward to coming back.

Georgia Getaway
We had a lovely time from start to finish. The condo had 2 balconies, washer, dryer & a great kitchen. Beautiful view of the on site pool which we enjoyed. We were able to make all of our meals there which saved time for sight seeing. Great gift shop for anything we might have forgotten & of course, souvenirs. Not far at all from the beach & other attractions. Any questions or concerns were quickly answered by Tommy.

Killa Villa is the best!
We enjoyed our family vacay last year so much that our 4 yo grandson kept asking when we were going back. We couldn't let him down so we booked Killa Villa again this year! Tommy is so easy to work with, and the rental is clean and in a great location. We arrived the evening after Hurricane/Tropical Storm Idalia hit. Tommy kept us abreast of the power situation on the island and kept checking on us to be sure we got the most of our stay. The condo was great, the personal service from Tommy was fabulous! Highly recommend!!
