I frequently stay here. The place has positive features. Location, amenities, etcetera. The cleanliness has declined. This stay, i found the floors sticky, the shower was not cleaned properly. Stains on the couch.

I was put in a handicap accessible room that was very dark. Lighting was too dim. The shower looked old and beaten up. It was next to a stairwell and an outside access door, which did not have any type of locking mechanism and slammed all night long, which made my dog bark and wake me up multiple times.

Booked 2 room for close together, check in at 3 , arrived 3:15 1 room not ready for another hour, 1 room on 1st floor and other room on second floor, bed sheets looked wrinkled like the bed was made up and that's was it. Bed lamps 3 ft above head board so you had to get out of bed 2 turn lamps on. Offered no credit for rooms not ready and making me and family wait an hour.. front desk nice but offered nothing for the inconvenience.

We have been staying here for years on our way down to Fla . This will be the last stay. Room wasnt vacuumed, no body wash, little bugs like gnats in bathroom, toilet didnt always flush and then there were the Roaches. Wanted me to join their rewards program for a discounted future stay due stated above, so no refund. The bed was comfy.
