We highly recommend you catch the Sassy Peach spirit and get transported to relaxing Island time. Wake up and enjoy breakfast on your private porch. Stroll over to the beaches, pier or Neptune park under the canopy of the Spanish moss covered live oaks. You and your friends can enjoy splashing in the heated pool. Or mosey over to nearby beaches. In the evening, walk over to one of the Village’s many fine eateries or put everyone to work in the huge fully equipped kitchen, cooking up Low Country Boil for the entire clan! For dessert hop and skip over to Moo Cow, the best ice cream on the island, just a stone’s throw away.

Sassy Peach Cottage melds charm and space: 5 Bedroom/5 Bathroom (featuring two master suites), gourmet kitchen, amazing great room where the whole family can gather. There is also plenty of space for separate activities, send the kids to the 3rd story suite. The third floor suite has a family room with TV/fridge/microwave/games. All three levels boast private porches with ceiling fans. It is sooooo easy to relax, slow down and smell the azaleas on Island time.

What is "Island Time," you might be thinking. Island Time is that that singular wink in time when your soul knows paradise is found. You know you’ve (inexorably and for the moment) left the rat race behind. You wake up to the soothing sounds of the surf and birds singing, rather than at the shrill shriek of an alarm clock. Classy Peach was very welcoming when we arrived. Everything smelled so clean and fresh. We loved having so much space and the dining table accommodated the games we played.Being so close to the village was so convenient..It was a great place to stay!

Lovely home in walking distance to town
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Plenty of room to enjoy family but also many private spaces to decompress. The home is a short walk to the beach or town, we rarely used our car after arriving. The home was very clean with comfortable furniture and bedding. The host was very accommodating when we needed to short dates due to severe weather.

Love the house, but…
It was my birthday celebration, and we had hired a chef to come in to cook for us. We literally had to wash all of the dishes because even cups had dried coffee in the bottom and put up as clean. we were appalled at the biological stains on one of the mattresses when we stripped the bed at the end of our stay, good thing we didn’t know about it before.. the location was excellent, we had friends and family renting other nearby places, but our location was the favorite. We left the house much cleaner. we cleaned the shelves, changed shelf paper and left a sets of silverware, be it cheap, in case anyone else has a dinner party. I just think they need to hire someone different to clean for them.

Friends weekend getaway
Our group of longtime friends chose the Sassy Peach Cottage as our destination this fall. The property was so well situated within the village, and it fit all of us with ease. We had three young children with us, and they absolutely loved the pool, the games and puzzles available for us to use, and the spiral staircase! If we return to St. Simon's in the future, we'll return to the Sassy Peach as well.

Celebration! Making new memories.
We were not sure what to expect with the hurricane that had just went through. Brandon let us know that they had no power and was not sure when it would be back on. The whole island was without power. We decided that we would make the best of it. We had 11 adults in our family group. It was hot when we arrived. Went to the ocean and enjoyed the cool breeze and water. Brandon had dropped off flash lights and a case of water and a had a cooler for us. Very thoughtful. We were very fortunate the power was back on by Sunday. Gave us a better appreciation for air conditioning. Our week at the Sassy Peach was great. The location to the beach, pier, shopping was all within walking distance. We rented a of golf cart which was a great idea for our large group to be able to go about anywhere we needed. This house fit all of us well plenty of room to spread out and to gather. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time to SSI. Our family loved the house and the pool. The location was close to the beach and the Village. The host was extremely thoughtful and attentive. We loved our stay! Communication with owner was so fast! They were quick to fix any issues. We loved all of the bedrooms and the pool was amazing! We can’t wait to come back next year. One issue we noticed was a massive stain on our mattress in upstairs king bedroom (old pee possibly?) and the shower curtains were all moldy. However new curtains were brought over very quickly! Would love to see more hooks in the bathrooms and more clothing storage in the king bedroom second floor. Some minor maintenance on things like loose hooks and other fixtures would be good too. We totally understand that because of this rentals popularity, it gets back to back bookings so it’s usually always occupied! Overall, this was a great place and awesome location and we look forward to coming next summer.

We loved Sassy Peach !
This was our first time visiting St.Simons Island and Kaiti the owner was SO helpful. I’m sure I drove her crazy with all of my several questions but she was always SO nice and answered all of my questions and said I wasn’t bugging her, she’s just too sweet!! Our house was perfect for our family! The third floor was wonderful for my niece and her family, they kept calling it their little apartment. The house was very clean and the pool was so nice !! I’ve rented several houses with VRBO and Kaiti and Brandon were, by far, the nicest and easiest to deal with !! We will definitely rent this house again!!

Great Roomy Location!
Our family spring break trip at the Sassy Peach Cottage was great. The house is very spacious! The heated pool was a huge hit with the children. Just a couple of suggestions for the owners. Repair the doors to the washer and dryer closet and a few of the kitchen cabinet drawers. A refresh of the pool furniture cushions and the grill is needed. Two outdoor garbage cans would have been nice. Other than that, the property is great and very centrally located. The linens and beach towels were nice. We loved our stay. The owners were responsive. We would rent this house again.

On the Island for our daughter's wedding and the house was perfect for our needs. The location was perfect for the beach and the Pier Village. Easy walking distance to both! House was very clean and lots of space for everyone. Pool was a big hit with the kids! Would book again without hesitation. Brandon was great and very quick to responded when we had questions.
