It worked for what I needed but the room was not clean. There is mold growing in bathroom and under the beds. The door looked like someone tried to break in, and the sheets and blankets had stains all over them. I will not be staying again unless I'm desperate.

NEVER STAY HERE! VERY NASTY!

The nastiest place you could ever imagine. We wouldn't let our feet touch the nasty floor. Check in time was 3pm, we got there 5:45pm. They started cleaning the room then and our room wasn't ready until 7:45pm. But you couldn't smell any cleaners or anything fresh smelling right after they were done. Everyone was commenting about the nasty rooms. We only stayed there because we evacuated for hurricane Milton and couldn't find another room.

DO NOT STAY HERE. TURN AROUND. I stayed in room 105, lower level. There were no towels or towel bars, toilet paper was on the back of the toilet. There was a used soap wrapper on the sink, the tv didn’t work and the a/c, while cold, sounded like a jet engine, which was occasional good because there was so much noise outside my room - ALL NIGHT LONG. Who knows what was going on! My card keys didn’t work, and the night manager, Zack, had to use the master key to let me back in. That was when I noticed the condition of the lock, which looked like it had been broken and the door was seriously compromised by the door lock. I definitely didn’t feel safe. The exterior had dirty towels and puddles - generally filthy. There were people loitering all about the property and if I hadn’t driven for hours evacuating from hurricane Milton in Florida, I would have left and taken my chance sleeping in my car at a rest area. I had also already paid $200 (!!!!) through Expedia. This property should not be an option on Expedia! It’s clearly a long-term housing option, given the number of children trying to make the school bus in the morning.

This property did not look like the pictures at all. It was absolutely filthy. We had to ask several times for towels. Water shot out of the wall when we tried to use shower. Not around the faucet, out of the wall. Floor under tub was rotted so tub wobbled when standing in it. Would not even consider sitting down. Walked to bathroom at night and had completely black feet in the morning. One the plus side, we saw no bugs.

IT WAS OK. COULDN'T GET MUCH SLEEP BECAUSE THE NEIGHBOR'S COMPANY WAS TOO LOUD.
