no staff at desk after 9:00 p.m. front door locked after 9:00 p.m. out of order on vending and ice machines on 1st floor. Ice cold in breakfast area when it was opened the next morning. this place is in the process of finishing projects and should not be accepting customers till the motel is ready and charging what we paid for a room is laughable.

Thank you for your review. All external door lock at 9 pm as security you can enter any door with a key card. In the evening staff is doing laundry and cleaning so are away from desk but any guest just has to call the desk and someone will be right there.

Our stay was very nice and quiet. Everything was clean and in working order. The staff was also nice and easy to work with.

Right off the freeway
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsStaff was great. Room was clean and had amenities that i needed for my stay. The ice machine was down and no pool but I was there for work so has everything i needed.
