Hotel is too new, and a lot of hardware is not function prooerly. Staffs communication is poor too. I have checked into the hotel at 2am and found out shower head is burst and broken, not fix or compensation after all even I was told to email the manager, which I did and no response.

Excellent brand new hotel
An excellent brand-new hotel very close to the airport. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, good shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is good with a good selection available. The hotel does not have a restaurant so no dinner available but there is an HIE a two-minute walk away with a small menu. Only downside was the rooms were very hot and we were unable to turn down the temperature and we were not allowed to open the window.

The building was very new, just opened, but our room was not fully ready for occupancy. There was a very nice coffee maker but no coffee. I had to request soap and shampoo for the bathroom. The shower design is awful and water spreads out beyond the curtain on the tile floor. Staff members were excellent and very responsive to needs.
