Great property, recently remodeled. Unfortunately Expedia or the hotel chain sent emails indicating the spa and pool were available when in fact they won’t be done until next month. Parking was hellish. Once it was located, trying to find the way back into the hotel was a maze. Shout out to the amazing staff who were beyond helpful and friendly though.

We have stayed here twice and both times were pretty nice, but we did have some issues with the rooms. On our first stay we had two rooms and one of them had a TERRIBLE smell from the bathroom. We called and asked for someone to come and take a look but no one ever came. I also asked for the room to be cleaned each day we were there (using the tablet and the little button near the door) but no one ever cleaned it during the 3 day stay. On our second stay we were put in a room that had no AC and was extremely hot. We kept lowering the temp but it would just turn back up on its own and run the heater. Someone came to fix it but could not so they moved us to a new room. The second room also had a bad smelling bathroom and the door handle on the bathroom door was completely broken. We didn't want to move again so we just dealt with it. The great things about this place were the location (easy to walk to the grand place and more), lots of dining options near by, great breakfast, really nice and modern gym, good views, fun vibe in the bar, and AWESOME staff. Every person we interacted with was super friendly and helpful and kind. I wish the quality of the rooms matched the quality of the staff!

I was blown away with the entire experience. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and modern beyond my expectations. The staff was always helpful and courteous. I was truly sad to leave. I will definitely stay here again!
