I would have rated five stars, until I found out That on weekends they do not offer complimentary Airport pickup like they do during the week. As a traveler I want convenience. I want to fly into a city, go right to the hotel, the next day easy trip back to the airport. Some hotels can offer free service for transport, others can't. I base my choice of hotels on quality and price. So this Hotel ended up costing me an extra $27 for a taxi to the airport on Saturday morning which was unexpected, and disappointing. So if I knew I was going to end up paying more I would have just booked another hotel for more money that may have been even better and would have included both ways complimentary airport shuttle.

Hotel is very conformable, excellent breakfast, quiet, helpful staff. Good bus acess if you want to move around the city. There are 2 markets, 2 convenience stores, a pharmacy, 5 restaurants, a bar, and atm close by.

Room was nicely furnished and clean. Neighborhood was less so than I had expected.

Perfect if you want to enjoy the city center and want to be close to the airport per free hotel shuttle, for an early flight the next day! The bus 66 (from Brussels central area) stops across the street. Free shuttle to the airport. 2 twin beds option. Hot water for tea/coffee in the room. Clean.
